Access the Tixr Platform

These instructions apply to linking an existing account to the new ticketing platform. 

If you do not have an account with the Trois-Rivières Lions and would like to create one, please follow the instructions for creating a new account.

HOW TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

If you already have an account with the Trois-Rivières Lions, follow these steps to link your account to the new ticketing platform.

Go to: https://www.tixr.com/groups/lions3r

At the top right of the homepage, click "Sign In".

Use the "Forgot Password?" option.

Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send Email".

Important: If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Lions account, or if you would like to change it, please contact us at 819-519-1634.

You will receive a password reset email. Click the link included in the email.

Enter your new password while following the listed requirements. You will then be able to sign in to your account.
