Customer Service Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Lions de Trois-Rivières, a professional hockey team competing in the ECHL, are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and ready to bring the Lions experience to life from the very first contact with our fans. You love helping others, you’re patient, friendly, and always looking for solutions to provide the best service possible. Communicating, listening, and supporting people is in your DNA.

Reporting to the Director of Ticketing and Sales Operations, you will be the primary point of contact for our fans, both in person and over the phone, answering their questions, guiding them through their requests, and ensuring their complete satisfaction before, during, and after games.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional, warm, and efficient customer service at the box office.
  • Answer fan questions over the phone and in person.
  • Follow up on requests, comments, or specific situations.
  • Make service calls to ticket holders, members, and potential clients.
  • Promote the Lions de Trois-Rivières and inform customers about current offers.
  • Provide basic technical assistance to clients (ticket access, accounts, online purchases, etc.).
  • Help maintain an organized and functional ticketing environment.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall experience of visitors at the Colisée Vidéotron.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

  • Experience in customer service or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong writing abilities and knowledge of journalistic standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with digital tools.
  • Good understanding of hockey and the North American hockey environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professionalism, autonomy, creativity, and strong team spirit.
