As of July 1, your purchase history and Lions tickets will no longer be accessible through Ticketmaster. However, your Ticketmaster account will remain active and can still be used for other partner venues. 

The information associated with your Ticketmaster account will automatically be linked when you create your Tixr account, with the exception of payment information. Your communication preferences will also be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

HOW TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT

You can update your personal information through the Tixr platform once you are logged in. If you need to change the email address associated with your account, please contact a representative at 819-519-1634.

No. For security reasons, payment information is not transferred to the new platform. You will need to manually make your July payment. Once that payment has been completed, your payment information will be saved and future payments will resume automatically according to your payment plan.
